The mission of Minter Creek Elementary is to provide a warm, caring environment where children come first.  They are appreciated and valued as unique individuals by parents, staff and community, who work together to foster self-esteem, self-direction, independence, responsibility, and caring for others. An atmosphere exists in which all participants are prepared to achieve their full potential through a lifetime of learning.
